hey.i will list down wat duty n how many ppl i nid there

basically people here will be incharge of buying the food & snacks.
need some strong boys & some wise girls.

people here are incharge of the games.
hmm. we can have some groups game.
eg whole class sitting in a circle den play some games.
(can ask each of them tell 1 very special event they will never 4get abt 2M1 etc)
or u can bring some cards / board games.
balls games also allow.
